Background: For the last 3 years Christian has been the Tutoring Director for NCTS. He is an experienced supervisor/trainer/tutor in all math courses for grades k-12. Christian has experience with international students, including Spanish speaking students teaching English, and teaching academic subjects in English.

Questions and Listening
At Study 4 Success Tutoring Services we guide the student with questions that help the student work his or her own way through the problem. This technique reinforces learning for the student and help us identify problem areas. By guiding the student to the solution, by asking questions, we force the student to think about the problem and work through it. We do not simply tell the student how to correctly answer a problem, we ask precise questions to show him or her the step need to complete the problem.
